Tennis Team July (ages 9+)
About this event
The tennis team is for proficient players who can serve and maintain a rally, and are looking for more experience with match play and strategy. Players will be split into a travel tennis team (with a small fee) and the intersquad team. The inter-squad team with play matches (against themselves) to boost confidence, excitement, and skill. The travel team is for more experienced players who can represent the Yacht Club in match play. This team will play inter-club matches both at home and away. All players will meet at 1 pm the first two team sessions and will be evaluated by our staff and placed on the appropriate team. Fee includes a Yacht Club tennis team shirt. Tennis team meets at the kiddie courts on West Shore Avenue.
Only YOUTH MEMBERS, ages 9+, will participate. To register youth members in your membership you must select Not me, but I'm registering X others in the "Who is registering for this event?" section.
