this casual evening on the deck. Musical entertainment will be provided on a “pass the hat” basis

Be a part of the treasured tradition of Venetian Night! The Groton Long Point Yacht Club is
excited to invite you to 2025 Venetian Night: A Salute to Summer! Decorate your boats and
docks and join this traditional boat parade around our beautiful Venetian Harbor. Boats will
gather off of Main Beach at 5:30 p.m. and then parade across Main Beach and around the lagoon
at 6:00. Public viewing is available from Main Beach, the floating docks and the fire lanes on
Atlantic Avenue and West Shore. Prizes will be awarded for best dock party with a theme and
decorated boats. Parents, grandparents and children are welcome to attend the free pre-parade
“kids zone” featuring face painting, popcorn, cotton-candy, balloon making and a special magic
show.
