Yoga will be offered on Monday through Thursday at 8:00am and Saturdays at 9:00am on the deck off Clark Hall. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday classes are all-level, slow flow vinyasa taught by Mary Kay Pappas, Wednesday is power yoga taught by Sarah Page, and Saturday is slow flow/gentle vinyasa taught by Andrea Bond. Sign up for each class individually. Participants must sign up in advance (no drop ins) and is available to GLPYC members only. Classes are $10 each, No refunds.
