Yoga on the deck is back with GLP’s own Mary Kay Pappas. Slow flow vinyasa classes focus on the connection between breath and movement. It is a slow mindful flow which is accessible to all levels. Modifications are offered and encouraged. The classes are designed to build balance, strength, and flexibility. Participants must sign up in advance (no drop ins) and is available to GLPYC members only. Classes are $10 each, No refunds.
